2 cups cottage cheese
8 oz (1 cup) grated mozzarella
12 oz cooked pasta (any kind)
1.5 cups marinara sauce
8 oz cooked ground beef
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup sliced mushrooms

Here is how you make Cheese and Meet Pasta Bake:

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add pasta. When done, strain. Put pasta back in pot, but not over heat. Add reamining ingredients and place in a 13x9 glass casserole. Cover with foil and bake at 375 for 35-45 minutes, or until cheese is melted. This dish can be frozen and saved. To do so, bake at 375 for 15 minutes, let cool and freeze.
