Here is how you make Homemade Paleo Jerky:

Slice flank steak very thin, best done with an adjustable meat slicer. Toss meat in a gallon size zip lock or in a tuppaware dish. add remaining ingrediants and marinade over night or for 24 hours. When ready remove meat from marinaed, dry off excess juice.
