4 pieces oven ready lasagna noodles
4 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
15 oz ricotta or cottage cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp basil
1 tsp parsley

Here is how you make Lasagna Supreme:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saute onion in 1 tbsp olive oil. In a large sauce pot, combine browned sausage, tomatoes, sauted onion, zucchini, garlic, prego, and spices. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. While meat and vegetable mixture is heating, combine beaten egg and ricotta cheese in a small bowl. In a 9x9 square baking dish, add two oven ready noodles, layer ricotta mixture, then meat and veggie mixture, and two ounces of mozzarella. Repeat layers.
