Here is how you make Individual Meatloafs:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients, leaving out ketchup, in a mixing bowl. Be sure to mix well. Seperate mixture into 8 individual servings and shape into small loaves. Bake for about 30 minutes and then top with 1 Tbsp. ketchup each.
