Here is how you make Pork Chops and Cabbage:

Mix all spices together in a ziploc baggy, add pork chops and coat chops and refrigerate for several hours. 30 minutes prior to cooking, take out chops and let reach room temp. Brown in a pan with two tablespoons of olive oil. Remove chops - add slice onion and pepper - saute till soft. Slice cabbage and layer in bottom of baking pan. Add onions and bell pepper. Add Pork chops and soup.
