Put collards in the bottom of the slow cooker. Place 1 lb. boneless pork chops on top. Season with garlic powder and sea salt to taste, place dried peppers in pot. (If using red pepper flakes or powdered cayenne, start with half a teaspoon, vary it to taste.) Add enough water to fill pot half way (you don't need as much in the slow cooker).Cook on low at least 6 hours.
