Coat pork pieces in flour and brown in oil and then remove from pan. Add onion and green pepper and saute for a minute or two. Add paprika, stir and add back pork, chicken broth, salt & pepper. Turn down heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Check seasoning and adjust if necessary.Stir in sour cream off heat and serve. Top with parsley if desired.Serving Size:?makes 4 servings
