1.5-2lb Pork Top Sirloin Roast
1 small sweet onion cut into rings
2 Garlic cloves cut into thin slices
Dash Kosher Salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
2 Tbsp distilled white vinegar

1/2 Lemon juiced
3/4 Cup Distilled white vinegar


How Do I Make Vinegar Pulled Pork?

Here is how you make Vinegar Pulled Pork:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Place a large piece of foil in a 9x13 pan. Place pork on top.Cut 4-5 slits in top of pork and stuff with garlic. Put 2 tbsp vinegar over top of pork. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Place onions on top of pork. Wrap foil around pork and bake 1.5-2 hours.Take out and shred or dice into small bits. Heat cast iron skillet put pork in and drizzle 1/2 lemon juiced and 3/4 cup white vinegar, heat through.Can be eaten over potatoes, on hamburger buns for pulled pork sandwiches.
