1 cup (packed) chopped baby spinach leaves

1/8 tsp black pepper
2 T yellow cornmeal
2 T water

6 eggs
1/2 cup fat free half and half
1/4 tsp salt
dash black pepper
6 oz extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
3/4 cup (3 oz) diced ham


How Do I Make Curves Quiche?

Here is how you make Curves Quiche:

Heat olive oil in skillet. Add onion and saute until it begins to brown. Add mushrooms and stir and cook until they begin to brown. Add spinach, salt , and pepper, an cook a few minutes. Add cornmeal and water and stir well. Lightly coat a 9" pie plate with cooking spray. Press mixture over bottom and partway up the sides of pie plate. Set aside. Beat eggs, half and half, salt and pepper together thoroughly. Fold in cheese and ham. Pour filling into crust and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
