The ingredients for MacGyver'd Quiche are:

1 frozen pie crust, prepared according to package directions
5 slices Smithfield Honey Cured Ham Slices, diced
1 medium red onion, diced
0.5 garlic clove, minced
1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend (reduced fat, 2% milk)
1 cup 1% milk
6 oz nuefchatel cheese, cubed
0.25 cup fresh parsley or herb of choice, minced
0.5 tsp dried thyme
black pepper

Here is how you make MacGyver'd Quiche:

Prepare the pie crust according to package directions. Place on a foil-lined baking sheet. Dice or chop the ham and cook in a non-stick pan over med-high heat until cooked through and slightly browned.Remove ham and place on paper-towel lined plate. Add onions to pan and cook until slightly browned. Add garlic and cook for another 30 seconds. Toss ham, onions and garlic, and shredded cheese together and add to pie crust. Heat milk for about 1-2 minutes in microwave until hot. Place cubed neufchatel cheese in small bowl and pour hot milk over it, whisking until cheese is melted. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs until foamy. Add milk/cheese mixture and whisk together. Add thyme, parsley, and black pepper to taste and stir to combine. Pour the egg/milk mixture into the pie crust.Bake in 375 degree oven until set, about 40-50 minutes. Quiche is done when a knife inserted about 1 inch from the edge comes out clean. Makes 8 servings.
