Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lay out your choice of meat on a cutting board. Season meat as you prefer. Place cheese on top of meat and then stack asparagus spears in the center of the cheese. Starting w/the shorter side of meat/cheese, roll towards the opposite end being sure to tuck in the asparagus spears. Lay into greased pan.
