4 c. tomatoe sauce

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.Take your potatoes and wash them. then cut them up into pieces. Put them into a oven safe deep dish then add your tomatoe sauce and spices. Your oregano, parsley, Italian seasoning, black pepper, red pepper, mix them all together to taste. Then add your onion, green pepper, and half a hot pepper chop them up and mix them in. then take your Italian sausage cut it into pieces set them on top don't mix them in. Cover with aluminum foil.
