While the oven is preheating, empty the entire package of sausage into a large mixing bowl. Chop onions, garlic, mushrooms, celery, bell peppers. Add to sausage in bowl. Shred cheese, add to bowl. Mix with hand until veggies are submerged into the sausage. (Knead the sausage about 2 times to get this.) Add Bisquick mix and knead sausage mixture until all veggies, cheese, and Bisquick have been mixed well together. (Knead about 10 to 12 times...do not over mix). Using a non greased cookie sheet, roll out 1 inch balls. Bake for 25 minutes. Serve immediately or let come to room temp.
