In slow cooker place rice and water.Stir in taco seasoning.Place Roast on top.Cover with 1 cup of Salsa on top of the roast.Put lid on and place on low.Cook for 8-10 hours.Shread meat and mix in rice mixture.Serve over tortillas, cheese, sour cream, tomatoes and lettuce.
