8 oz Ricotta Cheese
2 oz Parmesan Cheese

How Do I Make Squash Lasagna?

Here is how you make Squash Lasagna:

Pierce squash with a knife and cook in over at 350 for 1 hour. Remove and cut in half. Discard seeds then remove "spaghetti" with a fork and place into a baking dish. Saute onion and garlic in a sauce pan and then add pork. Cook until brown. Add half to top of squash, then add sauce, ricotta, parm and mozzarella. Repeat, ending with mozzarella on top.
