1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 medium zucchini, sliced into half moons

6 oz. cooked steak, cut into thin strips
6 oz. cheese, shredded
6 flour tortillas


How Do I Make Steak and Veggie Quesadilla?

Here is how you make Steak and Veggie Quesadilla:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat olive oil in a skillet and add onion. When the onion starts to soften add the bell pepper, once the pepper is starting to get soft add the zucchini. Season veggies with salt and pepper. Once veggies are well cooked add the steak to heat through.Warm tortillas and add 1/2 oz of cheese to one side of one tortilla. Take 1/6 of the veggie mixture and place on top of cheese. Top off veggies with another 1/2 oz. of cheese.
