Servings = 12 Cake directions:PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 F. Grease and flour 2 8-inch cake pans.1. Beat sugar and butter at medium speed until creamy and fluffy - app. 5 minutes. Add eggs, 1 at a time. Beat in vanilla and almond extracts.2. Whick together flour, baking powder, and salt in bowl; add to sugar mixture alternately w/buttermilk, beginning and ending w/flour mixture. Gradually add powdered sugar alternately w/3 Tbsp. milk, 1 Tbls. at a time, beating at low speed until blended and smooth after each addition.
