Put cut rhubarb into a 9X13 pan. Sprinkle the box of jello on top of the rhubarb. Pour hot water over top. Sprinkle the dry cake mix over the rhubarb mixture and then pour the melted butter or margarine over the top of that. Bake in a 350 oven for 60-90 minutes or until brown on top and rhubarb is bubbly.
