incredible chocolate cake that is light and fluffy! Great for birthday cakes. All you need is a 13x9 pan or 2 muffin pans.This recipe is made with 3.25% milk because it's what my family gets. But if i were to make this recipe for myself, i'd substitute the milk for 1% or skimmed, change the sugar for splenda and use low fat butter or half butter half applesauce. When i get a chance to try this, i'll let you know the outcome!
