1/4 cup dark amber honey
1/4 cup homemade (or storebought) salted caramel sauce*

1/4 cup melted coconut oil

Here is how you make Banana Berry Granola Bars:

Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a 9x13" pan with greased parchment or foil.In a large bowl, combine the oats, oat flour, psyllium, protein powder, cinnamon, salt, chocolate chips, gogi berries and sunflower seeds.In another bowl, mash the banana with the honey, caramel sauce, brown sugar and coconut oil.Add to the dry mixture and stir well, until everything is thoroughly coated.Press into the prepared pan, smoothing the top.Bake for 20 minutes.
