Serving Size: 1 Cup (makes 4ish servings)Cook the quinoa according to the instructions on the package. (I prefer the red quino as it has more fiber.) Aprox 20 minutes to cook. Keep the cooked quinoa in the fridge to save time in the morning.Melt the banana in the microwave. Cook it for aprox 2 minutes and then mash it up the rest of the way.in a bowl mix cooked quinoa, salt, stevia & vanilla extract. heat in the microwave aprox 2 minutes.
