Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 C). Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda & salt. In a separate bowl, mix together applesauce & honey. Stir in eggs & bananas until well blended . Stir all together just to moisten & pour into loaf pan. Bake in oven for 60-65 min. or until a toothpick inserted into center of loaf comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 min & then on wire rack. Serving Size:?24 slices
