Here is how you make Mini Banana Bread Muffin:

preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease mini muffin pan. In a small bowl mix flour, nutmeg, salt and then set aside. Cream the butter and sugar with an electric mixer (butter should be at room temp). Add egg and bananas and mix well. Then dissolve the baking soda in 1 tbsp of hot water and then mix it in. With the mixer on low, slowly add in the flour and mix until it is not longer visible.
