2 large ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped

Here is how you make Spent Grain Banana Breakfast Bread:

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Melt Butter in Microwave. Combine with sugar in mixer - on low speed. Add eggs one by one. Add Vanilla Extract. Turn off mixer. In another bowl combine flours, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. baking soda, and 1 tsp espresso powder. Turn mixer back on and add flour mixture gradually. Once combined, add sour cream and mashed bananas. Then turn off mixer and fold in walnuts (optional). Pour batter into a greased 5''x9'' pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 60 min.
