Here is how you make Banana Flax and Bran Muffins:

Mix eggs, banana, vanilla, milk, yogurt and applesauce together--blend well. Add sugar and mix well. In a separate bowl, sift together the all purpose flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Add to the wet ingredients and stir until blended. Add the whole wheat flour and mix well. Add the wheat bran and ground flaxseed and mix by hand. Fold in the walnuts.
