Makes 18-20 regular size muffins1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line muffin tin with baking cups or grease the cups.2.Mix applesauce, eggs, buttermilk, honey, vanilla and mashed bananas together in a large bowl. 3. In a medium size (or larger) bowl, mix together the flour, Splenda-brown sugar blend, Splenda, protein powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Mix well. 4.
