Here is how you make Fiber-iffic Banana Walnut Muffins:

Heat oven to 350 F. Line muffin tin with paper liners. Crush cereal by placing in a resealable plastic bag and crushing with a rolling pin.In a large bowl, beat sugar and applesauce on medium speed until blended. On low speed, beat in vanilla, egg and yogurt until smooth. Beat in banana, flours, baking soda and salt. Stir in cereal and walnuts until well mixed. Fill each cupcake liner 2/3 full with batter.
