Here is how you make Low-Cal Carrot Banana Muffins:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Combine all wet ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix until blended. Mixture may be lumpy (because of bananas). Add dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Line a muffin tin with paper cups or lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray. Spoon batter into holes, filling about 3/4 full.
