Here is how you make Mini Banana Bran Muffins:

Makes 18 Mini MuffinsI like to keep it simple. In a large bowl I add the banana & sugar, mash. I find the sugar makes it easier to mash the banana especially if the banana is not over ripe. Add all the wet ingredients and mix. Add all the dry ingredients and mix. Spray mini muffin tin with oil. I use a teaspoon to divide batter and add to muffin tin.
