Here is how you make MK Breakfast Oat and Seed Bars:

Preheat oven to 130 degrees Celsius, and oil a 23x33x4cm baking tin (or use a throwaway foil one). Warm the condensed milk in a large pan. Meanwhile, mix all the other ingredients and then add to the warmed milk, using a rubber or wodden spatula to fold and distribute. Spread the mixture into the tin and press down with spatula or your hands to even out the surface. Bake for 1 hour, remove from oven and after about 15 mintues cut into 1.5" squares.
