Heat a skillet sprayed with pam. Meanwhile, quickly chop the onion. Add onion to hot skillet. Chop mushrooms, and tomoatoes. Scramble eggs with milk adding dash of salt and pepper to eggs. After onion is translucent, add in mushrooms, dash more salt and pepper. Add 1 pat of butter. Add in spinach. Cook down. Chop up cooked breakfast sausage. Add to skillet.
