2 T. flax mixed with 6 T. water
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup ground pecans
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup coconut


How Do I Make Healthy Hearty Muffins?

Here is how you make Healthy Hearty Muffins:

Combine flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and sugar in a large bowl. In a small bowl, combine flax with water (egg replacement). Mashed banana and add applesauce, oil, vanilla, milk and dissolved flax. Mix liquids together. Make a well in center of dry ingredients and pour liquids into the center. Stir until just combined.
