Preheat oven to 400 F. Line muffin tins with papers.Combine flours, sugar, salt, baking powder and cinnamon in a large bowl.In a separate bowl combine egg, oil and milk. Gently beat with a fork to blend. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix only until moist. Do not over mix--muffins will be tough.Gently fold in berries.
