1) Toss flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon to mix.2) In separate bowl- Beat Egg with melted butter and milk.3) Mix to flour and egg mixture in large bowl. Stir until smooth.4) Fold in Blueberries.Bake in greased muffin cups in a hot oven 400F about 25 minutes or until muffins are well browned. Serve warm or at Room Temperature, with or without butter.
