Here is how you make UnVeganed Blueberry Muffins:

Preheat oven to 400In medium bowl, stir together soy milk and oats. Set aside for 10 minutes. In large bowl, stir together flour, powder, soda, salt. Stir in egg, oil, sweetener (sugar but can use other sweetners), oat milk mixture. Stir in blueberries and mix. Bake 8-10 minutes or until edges are brown. Make sure you check on them periodically so they don't burn. Makes 6-12 servings (calories are for 12 smaller muffins) depending on the size you make them.
