Mix dry ingredients. Mix egg, milk and oil. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Stir gently to mix; do not beat. Gently fold in blueberries (to keep batter from turning purple you could lightly coat them with flour first). Bake in greased and floured muffin cups at 475 ? for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on your oven.
