Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Mix in rest of liquid ingredients. Bake 375? 12-15 min. Can store in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.Notes: I used 4 tbsp vinegar then measured up to the 4 cup line with the skim milk for the buttermilk. I removed 1/4 cup and 1/8 cup of the milk to account for the liquid nature of the honey. Original recipe calls for 3 cups of sugar, 4 eggs, and 1 cup of oil.
