Here is how you make Raisin Bran Extra Muffins:

Soak cereal in milk until soggy.Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Spray muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray. Combine the cereal with the applesauce, banana and egg whites, and mix until combined. In seperate bowl, whisk together dry ingredients, including walnuts. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix until just combined. Do not over mix the batter or the muffins will be tough.
