1 tsp vanilla extract

1c unbleached flour or white flour
1c whole wheat flour
1c muesli cereal or old fashioned oats
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2c raw or toasted almond slivers or chopped

Makes 24 servings, muffin per servingPreheat Oven 375'F / 180'C & spray muffin tinBake about 20 min.sStep 1:Pour boiling water over all bran cereal, cover & stand for 5 min. In the meantime, finely grate carrots and apple.Step 2:Once the all bran cereal (or any bran cereal) is soften MIX together all the first 11 items.
