Here is how you make Low Carb Muffins:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees2. Line muffin tin with baking papers or coat with cooking spray3. In a mixing bowl combine the following: 9 egg whites, 3/4 cup oatmeal,1 scoop chocolate whey protein (if you have it, if not, skip it), a splash of vanilla, and splenda,cinnamon, and nutmeg to taste. (I have no idea how much I used of each. Just until it looked good :) )4. Pour mix into into the muffin tin, distributing it evenly among the sections.5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until firm.6. Enjoy!! Once they've cooled, pair them together in ziploc bags and storein the fridge (this is crucial because of all of the egg).
