Preheat oven to 350. Grease and line a muffin tin. In a large bowl combine the egg whites, dried fruit, apple juice, bananas, oil and oats and mix well. In a small bowl combine the flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture and mix well. Fold in the buleberries, being careful not to overmix.
