Here is how you make Ham and Scrambled Egg Muffins:

1. Spray your muffin tin with nonstick spray or your choice of nonstick agent (butter, coconut oil,etc..)2. Crack, Scramble and pour each egg into one of the muffin cups of the tin. 3. Add equal portions of ham, cheese and onion into each egg filled muffin cup.4. Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 to 15 min. 5. Once cooked, remove from muffin tin ( i use a spoon to go around each one and pop out), and set them on a rack to cool.6.
