Preheat oven at 350 degrees F. Beat eggs and water together. Distribute mixture evenly between 8 muffin tins (I had originally intended on making 6 but it was too much, so I made 8 instead). Then add in bacon, spinach, mushrooms or any other mix of veggies and meats you'd like. Then with just a few minutes left on the clock, sprinkle the cheese on top and let it bake for the last few minutes.
