Here is how you make Bran Flax Oat Muffins:

Mix together flaxseed, whole wheat flour, oat bran flour, protein powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Set aside. I put the carrots and applesauce in my Ninja (food processor) to shred. To this add: cinnamon, carrots, applesauce, soy milk, eggs, and vanilla. Blend. Add to dry ingredients. Mix. Prepare jumbo muffin tins. Fill 3/4 full. Bake 25 min at 350 degrees.
