Heat oven to 375 degrees F.Mix flours, oat bran, ground flax, brown sugar, salt, and baking powder in bowl. Peel orange and put sections in blender with buttermilk, canola oil, eggs and baking soda. Blend well. Stir wet ingredients with dry ingredients until just moistened, and then add cranberries. Pour into greased muffin tins and fill 3/4 full of batter.
