1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
1 cup milk (I used 2% for recipe calculator)
1/4 cup canola oil
1 cup strawberries, cut, slightly sweetened, with juices.


How Do I Make Thinmom5's Strawberry Muffins?

Here is how you make Thinmom5's Strawberry Muffins:

Mix dry ingredients together. Beat egg. Add milk and oil to egg. Mix into dry ingredients - mix fully but don't overmix or they'll be tough. Fold in strawberries.(Note: there was so much juice with my strawberries, I probably could have eliminated the oil, which would bring the calories down.)Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
