Here is how you make Gnarley Muffins:

Using wooden spoon, mix together flour, flax, oat bran, brown sugar, soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in lg bowl. Stir carrots, apples, raisins and nuts. Combine milk, eggs, and vanilla. Pour liquid all at once into dry/friut mixture. Stir until ingredients are moistened. Do not over mix. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
