Preheat oven to 375 F. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine the eggs, yogurt, vegetable oil and vanilla. Chop Cranberries, grate Granny Smith apple in a third bowl. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry, then add cranberries & apple (batter seems a little dry, but when cooked they are moist.)
