Here is how you make Whole Wheat and Oatmeal Pancakes:

Mix dry ingredients. Add egg, milk, and oil. Mix well (until batter is not lumpy). Pour batter on heated griddle (about 350 F) into about 4 inch circles. Turn when bubbles form in the batter and begin to break. Turn again when bottom edge of pancake begins to lift from griddle and center of pancake springs back when lightly touched with pancake turner. Enjoy!
