Add all ingredients to mixing bowl ( I use Kitchenaid); stir until blended. Roll into balls and place on cookie sheet cover with wax paper and freeze. Once frozen I put them in a zip lock bag and leave them in the freezer. I take out 3 and let them thaw briefly (5-10 minutes) and have with my coffee. NO clue how long they will last as this is a weeks worth of breakfast for me, or several days if both my husband and I have them for breakfast.
